# Supply Management

HookInu will operate with a **fixed maximum supply of 1 Billion HOOKINU**, subject to the final smart-contract implementation.

The project should avoid discretionary minting.

If the contract architecture includes a burn mechanism, burns should be clearly defined and verifiable on-chain rather than marketed as artificial scarcity.

#### Important Principle

**Burns are not the primary source of value.**

Long-term value is intended to come from:

**Community + Culture + Utility + Liquidity + Adoption**
